Coordinator
The coordinator who makes the reservation will be the person whose responsibility it is to make sure these policies are enforced.
Check In/Out
Friday you can check-in as early as 10:00am and checkout is Sunday at 6pm.
Reservation Deposit

Security Deposit
Normal wear and tear is expected, however, any excessive damage to the Retreat, its contents, the property, or anything on the property will be repaired and the repair bill will be sent to you and must be paid within 30 days of receipt. The also pertains to items missing completely. We provide many things for our customers to use and if they are stolen the cost of replacement will be deducted from the security deposit.
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your reservation date. If we are unable to collect the amount due in full by this time (credit card authorization was denied, check returned, etc.), your reservation may be cancelled and any deposit paid may be forfeited. We will contact you before canceling your reservation and help you in any way possible!
Cancellations
60 days prior to your reservation date = Refund of deposit minus a $35 cancellation fee
30-60 days to your reservation date = Refund of deposit minus a $60 cancellation fee.
30 days to your reservation date = NO REFUNDS.
Should we cancel a reservation due to no fault of our own (flood, earthquake, hurricane, etc), your reservation and any monies paid will be deferred to another weekend of your choice within the following two years.
Payment Accepted
We accept PayPal(additional 3% applied), personal and business checks, money orders, and cashier checks. A $35.00 return check fee is assessed when a check is not paid by the bank on which it is drawn.
Capacity
AER - Maximum sleeping capacity is 12. Sleeping on the floor or in the basement is NOT allowed.
RER - Maximum sleeping capacity is 8. Sleeping on the floor is NOT allowed.
No extra tables or chairs are allowed to be brought in either location. Please notify the retreat and we will try to accommodate your needs.
Maximum capacity for parties is 65 at AER and 41 at RER.
Items Inside the Retreat
The kitchen should be left in the same condition as it was found.
Absolutely NO items may be removed from the building for any reason – this includes all kitchen items, dish towels, bath towels, washcloths, baskets, and home décor. If ANY item is missing, the coordinator will be charged for the replacement cost.
Quiet Hour
Quiet hour begins at 10:00pm. Please be respectful of neighbors if you are outside the retreat, either on the deck or in the parking lot.
Decorations
Absolutely NO taping, gluing, nailing, screwing, stapling decorations to any walls, trim, or floors within the retreat.
NO glitter, confetti, or icicles!
Miscellaneous but IMPORTANT:
No keys will be distributed. There is a keyless entry door and you will be assigned your own personal access code.
We are a smoke free facility. Smoking is permitted outside only.
Guests must be 18 years of age or older.
No open flames of any kind.
No pets or animals of any kind.
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items while you are at the retreat.
